TECNOR ENVIRONNEMENT has signed several contracts of conception-achievement to allow, the strengtheness or the feeding of drinking-water in average cities like Aboisso and Yamsouko in the Côte d’Ivoire, in Mbour in Senegal. Once finished the works this cities can do the inaguration of theirs new installations. All this production installations put in ejecution treatments tecniques adapted in function of the recourse.

In each case, the installations and the techniques put on ejecution allows TECNOR ENVIRONNEMENT preserve the sanitary security of consumers populace. In order to realice the preservation our techniciens rest on several known and aproved techniques but also they rest on newly techniques like the ultra filtration or the nano-filtration. These techniques has been installed several years ago in the production of water in military camps.

Residual waters & recicling

Of the totality of residual waters collection, just half of them are treated and the 4,5% are recycled. After several insvestments in purification area, with the intention of protect human populace againts sanitaries problems, the industries and the administrations began to think in the waters recycling to preserve natural resource and least production cost.

In the past two years, the new signed contracts, the equipment installed in France and abroad for our team, had permited the set on of severals specifics process to treat if necesary , the contaminations by carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus, the suspension materials. We can make reference in France to the unit in the Château du Lort , in the Castel group near Bordeaux(2500 eq/h) buried in compact solution, also of bleaching Doridant in Gérardmer in the Vosges( 25000 eq/h) extension of the treatment capacity and tertiary treatment.

Internationally , this lasts years had been marked with the sign of contracts; in the Côte d’Ivoire for the station of a village of Yamsouko( 10 000 eg/h), in Cuba for the station of a military vacational place, Guajaibon(3500eq/h), in an industrie who produce pomades, Vimang(2800eq/h).

In case where the reutilisation of residual waters is considered by our clients, this are the tecniques in drinking-water production that are establish: membranes, sand filters, and for a respecfull sanitary norms ending, a desinfectation by ultraviolet before recycling.

For our clients and for ourselfs, recycling the residual waters enter than a durable development, that is the case of one of our stations in Rwanda, at Kigali(2000 eq/h) where residual waters are treated to be used it again in the irrigation process.

As the same way, the exactly same case may occur in the industry, where we recycled those residual waters once treated for the steam boiler needs and for the irrigation process.

Industrial Waters

In this field TECNOR ENVIRONNEMENT is as well present with new techmology as the reverse osmosis, dobly osmosis related sometimes to the electric-non ionize.

As a matter of fact, since a few yearswe had already used in differents industrials fields this techniques in order to respond the best posible to our clients demands, about all internationally.

A few references contracts signed this year: the treatment of feeding water of a steam boiler in the Côte d’Ivoire, in a factory wich produce soap based in palm tree oil(35m3/h treated on a osmosis chaine); in Cuba where ew have recently install a doble osmosis in a laboratory productor of creams for skin. And finally an osmosis chaine in a tabaco factory to treat the water for the needed proces to cigars production.
